Original Equipment Manufacturing

Based on customer-owned designs, Shinsung Silicone maximizes productivity and quality to
execute large-scale production and delivery. While customers provide the product concept and
design, we take responsibility for mold design, manufacturing, mass production, and overall
quality throughout the delivery process.

ODM

Original Development & Design Manufacturing

Shinsung Silicone takes the lead in the entire process — from planning and design to engineering,
mold making, and mass production — proactively offering new product proposals to clients. In particular,
by utilizing more than 200 in-house developed free molds, clients can launch their own new products
without costly mold investments, simply by customizing colors and adding their own logos.

FAQ

Q Can you provide quality certifications?

Yes, we provide FDA and LFGB certificates for the raw materials used. If product-specific certification
is required, separate certification under the client’s brand name may be needed, and we can guide you
through this process.

Q Do I need to create a mold to produce my own products?

By using our in-house Free Molds, you can launch your own branded products without additional mold
costs, simply by customizing colors or adding logo prints.

Q Is consignment sales possible?

In principle, consignment sales are not provided. However, upon mutual agreement, the scope of
consignment can be adjusted and carried out.
